"I’ve been looking for new insurance as the current company we were with was not satisfactory anymore. We recently met Sami who walked us through getting a quote. It was such a pleasant experience as it didn’t feel like we were just filling out some form and talking to someone going through the motions and filling out a form. She took the time to get to know us as potential clients and was well informed and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions patiently and priced out many different scenarios knowing that we may not go through with it when it’s all said and done. Turns out her quote beat our previous insurer with better coverage and saves us hundreds a year. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Maria Saunders contacted us about bundling our auto, homeowners and life insurance policy. She was not like the regular sales person who calls, but instead had a tone of thoughtfulness and caring in her voice that encouraged us to discuss the rates with her. She gave us a quote that beat our current insurance and also a reduction on our homeowner’s policy! Maria stayed professional and personable on the two calls we had with her. "Very efficient, personable and helpful. Luaretta is an actual agent and addressed all my concerns on the first call. I have been inundated with text, email and calls from clearing house discount brokers. They all were more expensive than what Lauretta had quoted me. I would be willing to pay a higher premium for personalized service, but in this case I obtained the best coverage with personalized service at the best price."
