This is so important, because these days, that kind of customer service is a lost art and Alex just went out of his way to take care of my insurance needs and put my mind to rest. "Very efficient, personable and helpful. Luaretta is an actual agent and addressed all my concerns on the first call. I have been inundated with text, email and calls from clearing house discount brokers. They all were more expensive than what Lauretta had quoted me. I would be willing to pay a higher premium for personalized service, but in this case I obtained the best coverage with personalized service at the best price."
